How long have you been with Rapids?

What was your favorite project? Why?
Currently my favorite project is Cambia Hills. This is the first project since my start where I will be involved from beginning to end. Learning and executing the step by step process of a project coming to life is definitely my favorite part of this project and all of the projects that we do as a team.

What was your most challenging project? Why?
Picking up the loose ends from various projects that have currently been completed can be take a little redirection and extra focus. There is always a change or an addition somewhere along the line that makes each project unique and interesting.

What was your solution?
The solution is always have great attention to detail and consistent follow up. Utilizing my resources and asking the right questions has been a great help and avenue to finding the solutions. We have a great team that always strives for the best.

Name some of your other previous projects.
In the coordination role I get to work on, in some way shape or form, all of the projects out of our MN Branch. Some of these include: Canopy Hotel, Cajun Twist, 3M Corporate, St. Francis Middle School, Gianni’s Steak house, The Loon, Krewe, and Leeann Chin just to name a few.

What do you like to do on a Sunday afternoon?
My ideal Sunday looks like a morning workout class, then meal prepping in the afternoon. Relaxing yet productive.

If we gave you next week off, what would you do with your time?
Travelling somewhere. More than likely to the beach.

What was your last “oh my god this is perfect” meal?
Definitely a dish including Scallops or other fresh seafood. My mouth is watering just thinking about it.

What is your best dish?
Simple paleo shrimp scampi. Zoodles slightly sautéed in garlic paired with perfectly cooked shrimp and fresh squeeze of lemon juice, topped off with fresh parsley lemon zest.
